Information collected
When you create an account, the site processes the details you provide, which may include your username, name, email, phone number, country, location, date of birth, and learning profile information. Browser location is optional and is only captured after you choose to share it.
If you contact the academy, the details and message you submit are used to respond. Sign-in and verification activity is processed to protect accounts. Payment records on this site contain transaction and plan information; card or payment credentials should be entered only with the payment provider.
How information is used and shared
Information is used to operate accounts, respond to questions, provide learning services, process enrollment and payment records, and help protect the website. Contact enquiries are sent to the academy by email. Information entered directly into an external payment service is handled under that provider's privacy terms.
The AI tutor currently returns preview responses from this site's Django endpoint. Questions and any attached text are sent to that endpoint for the response and are not saved as conversation history by the site.
Cookies, storage, and retention
The site uses cookies needed for sign-in sessions and request security. The homepage may store a preference in your browser so a dismissed welcome guide stays dismissed. See the Cookies page for more details.
